Africa’s Future Leaders
In Johannesburg, South Africa, an experiment is underway. A group of social entrepreneurs created a two-year secondary school in the belief that ethical leadership is the key to the continent’s future. Within the red brick walls on this vast green campus, young men and women, who hail from across the continent, are studying to be leaders in the arts, sciences and politics.
And they’ve signed a contract promising to return to Africa, lest the continent lose more of its best and brightest.
I report on the first ever graduating class.
